In our recent processes, the EIM platform verified our operations as “Low Impact” with a total score of 23, staying well below the high-impact threshold of 66+.

Based on our experience, the platform offers several operational and strategic advantages:

  • Data-Driven Sustainability Management: EIM enables us to measure and analyze the environmental footprint of each garment finishing process, allowing us to identify improvement opportunities in water, energy, and chemical usage.
  • Resource Efficiency Tracking: The platform provides a detailed breakdown of consumption, such as our use of recycled water and an energy impact of only 1.18 Kwh/kg.
  • Chemical Transparency: It facilitates ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) conformance tracking. Our current process achieved a significant level of conformance, helping us monitor the safety of agents.
  • Carbon Footprint Monitoring: We can precisely calculate the carbon output per garment. We have maintained a low footprint of 0.69 KgCO2 per garment.
  • Operational Precision: The platform documents exact parameters—including liquor ratios (1:6), temperature gradients (4 degrees C/min), as well as the dwell times—which helps in maintaining consistency across batches.
  • Reporting Support: The quantified data generated by EIM contributes directly to the sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures, enabling the users to demonstrate measurable environmental progress.
